Yea, the MMD model has some bad bones that needs to be fixed. I updated the package to contain a VRChat ready version with proper bones. It's nothing fancy but you can use it as a base.

Model 7k Polys, Fur and others 52k, bro next time simplify the fur and other stuff and keep the model's structure then just use a fur shader in Unity. Holes are all over the place.

You should update it to the latest version.
